The Axia Team
Co-Founded by Creative Director, Marika Adamopoulos and Design Director, Natalie Krasik. Natalie is a brand strategist and designer who has spent her career partnering with early-stage founders and CPG teams to shape thoughtful, intentional brands. Marika is a creative director who built her career at the intersection of art, entrepreneurship, and brand. From self-taught photographer to founder of an established creative agency, she brings a strategic mindset, a global perspective, and a deep respect for holistic brand building and scaling.
After years of collaborating on projects, we realized we shared the same rhythm: fast-moving, high-standard, and frustrated by the gaps left by traditional agencies. Together, we founded Axia, a creative agency that thinks like a founder, moves like an operator, and values process as much as vision.

What does Axia mean?
Our name comes from the Greek word Axia, meaning value. It reflects our core belief that creative work should go beyond aesthetics to deliver meaningful impact. For us, Axia represents purpose, integrity, and the lasting worth of thoughtful work, principles that guide everything we do.

Axia was built on the belief that the strongest partnerships come from true investment, in both people and ideas. Both of our founders bring established businesses to the table. Marika Creative is a boutique creative studio, specializing in content strategy, full-scale production, and brand consulting. Natalie Krasik Design is a full-scope design practice, focused on timeless brand identities and refined design systems. These businesses now operate under Axia, creating a foundation of services that fuel our venture model.
When we partner with entrepreneurs, we don’t just advise, we bring proven expertise, infrastructure, and networks into the mix. Alongside these, we’ve also built Mocksy, a creative resource platform producing high-quality stock photography and mockups for modern brands. Mocksy reflects our entrepreneurial spirit, building tools that help brands test, visualize, and bring ideas to market faster. Through these ventures, we’re proving our philosophy in action. By aligning creativity with ownership, we build alongside founders, and grow businesses we truly believe in.
