Creative Strategy
Our partnership began with a comprehensive creative roadmap, examining Mavie's upcoming product milestones, marketing opportunities, and brand-building priorities through the remainder of 2026. We established foundational content pillars and a strategic storytelling framework that defined how Mavie could communicate its value across social, community, campaigns, and future brand initiatives.
The Opportunity
Mavie entered the maternal health technology space with an ambitious vision: to make personalized, science-backed wellness more accessible to mothers through an app designed around their changing needs. With its brand identity, photography, website, and app developed by previous partners, the challenge was no longer establishing what Mavie looked like, but determining how the brand would show up, communicate, and evolve in the market.
With launch approaching, Mavie needed experienced creative leadership to connect its long-term ambitions with immediate execution. This meant developing a cohesive storytelling strategy, identifying opportunities for meaningful campaign moments, and building an ongoing content presence that could educate, inspire, and resonate with mothers while supporting the realities of an emerging business.

At the center of the strategy was Mavie's commitment to personalization. Rather than presenting wellness as another set of expectations for mothers to meet, we developed narratives that acknowledged the realities of motherhood and celebrated support tailored to each individual's circumstances. We balanced accessible scientific education with emotionally resonant storytelling, creating a foundation that could inform everyday content while supporting larger campaign moments.

Ongoing Content & Brand Development
As Mavie's needs evolved, ongoing organic social content became a central focus of our partnership. We developed an editorial creative approach that brought together elevated design, thoughtful messaging, and accessible education, creating a distinctive presence within a wellness category often dominated by conventional lifestyle imagery and generic advice.
From original graphic design and educational carousels to video editing, copywriting, email marketing, and supporting print materials, we developed creative that balanced aspiration with approachability.
The result was an increasingly recognizable creative world that felt sophisticated without being inaccessible, informative without being clinical, and supportive without speaking down to its audience. Through the consistency of both its aesthetic and its message, Mavie began building a brand presence that felt distinctly its own.
Campaign Development
Mavie's Cycle Awareness feature launch became an opportunity to demonstrate how focused campaign thinking could elevate a product announcement into meaningful brand storytelling. Working within a condensed timeline and leveraging existing creative assets, we developed a cohesive organic social campaign that introduced the feature through a combination of compelling messaging, elegant design, and accessible scientific education.
Rather than treating Cycle Awareness as an isolated product benefit, we connected the launch to Mavie's broader promise of personalized wellness, helping mothers understand how their individual cycles could inform more supportive daily routines. The campaign demonstrated how strategic thinking and resourceful execution could create a meaningful launch moment without requiring an extensive production investment.
Our strategic involvement also extended to future product development and positioning, including naming Mavie's Capacity Guide and shaping the creative storytelling framework for its upcoming introduction. These initiatives reflected our role not simply as content creators, but as creative partners contributing to how the brand's products and value were articulated.

An Adaptive Creative Partnership
From the beginning, Axia operated as an extension of Mavie's internal team, providing senior-level creative perspective alongside the capabilities to execute. As the business evolved, we adapted the allocation of our work between long-term strategy, campaign development, and ongoing creative production, ensuring resources remained focused on the company's most immediate priorities.
This flexible approach allowed Mavie to access the strategic thinking of a creative leader and the executional support of a multidisciplinary team without the overhead of building those capabilities internally. Throughout shifting priorities, our commitment remained consistent: thoughtful, elevated creative work that strengthened the brand with every interaction.
The Results
Over the course of our partnership, Mavie developed a cohesive, recognizable creative presence supported by an ongoing stream of original content, targeted campaigns, and strategic brand development. From May through mid-October 2026, the brand recorded approximately 6,480 net new Instagram followers, 22,100 content interactions, and 2.3 million views across organic and paid activity, with Mavie's independent advertising efforts and amplification of Axia-created content contributing to overall performance.
Beyond measurable audience growth, the work helped establish a distinctive editorial identity that combines sophisticated creative direction with approachable, science-backed storytelling. Most importantly, the partnership demonstrated the value of embedded creative leadership: a consistent strategic and executional partner capable of helping an emerging brand evolve, communicate, and grow without compromising the quality or integrity of its creative vision.
